Quest 506 Overview

Taking innovation to the next level, the Quest 506 208/230V dehumidifier is the newest generation of the Quest “6-series” and surpasses the Quest 335 as the world’s most energy-efficient dehumidifier, removing 500 pints per day at an impressive 9.2 pints per kilowatt hour (at 80°F, 60% RH).

M-CoRR™ Technology

Like its predecessor, the Quest 506 208/230V boasts our unique, patented M-CoRR™ technology. This multi-coil refrigeration design recycles excess heat to provide the highest efficiencies available on the market, while reducing heat (BTU) output into your space.

Flexible Voltage

The new Quest 506 208/230V dehumidifier is designed with versatility in mind. Featuring a flexible 208/230 voltage, the redesigned 506 allows for a wider range of installation options than the previous generation on 208-volt or 230-volt power. Plus, it operates with lower amp consumption, freeing up electricity for other equipment on your electrical panel.

Onboard Digital Controls

You’ve been asking for it and we delivered: the new generation of Quest 506 now features Quest’s onboard digital controls for easy set points, self-diagnostics, filter change notifications, and dark mode to limit light pollution. Additionally, this control panel features a low-voltage terminal block for use with a remote controller, ideal for overhead installations.

Streamlined Design

Built on years of real-world feedback and observation, it was clear that most of these high-capacity units were installed overhead and in tight spaces. That insight drove our engineers to rethink the design, eliminating the feet from the previous generation to create a more compact, space-saving solution. The result? The new Quest 506 208/230V dehumidifier fits seamlessly into your environment with less height, and without compromising performance.

Better for the environment

The Quest 506 now utilizes the environmentally friendly refrigerant R-454B. It boasts a significantly lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) compared to the previously used R-410A, and the common R-32A found in many competitor machines. Switching to R-454B represents a crucial step forward in reducing the environmental impact of the world, and your business. By choosing a dehumidifier with a lower GWP refrigerant, you’re not only improving air quality and moisture control but also contributing to a more sustainable future. Designed to meet stringent environmental standards while maintaining exceptional performance, our upgraded product line delivers the reliability you trust with the added benefit of reduced greenhouse gas emissions.

Brought to you from Madison, Wisconsin

Proudly engineered and assembled in Madison, Wisconsin, the Quest 506 208/230V is designed to deliver unmatched reliability and efficiency. Accordingly, this unit meets California Title 24 requirements for both ducted (whole-home) and non-ducted (portable) installations.
